Women Supporting Women: A Maranyundo Evening of Connection and Purpose
Maranyundo board members Annie Weiss and Kailey Theriault-Baird opened their homes to host a special evening in support of girls’ education in Rwanda.
Board member, Annie Weiss, sharing the power of education in Rwanda
The gathering brought together friends, colleagues, and supporters to learn more about the mission of the Maranyundo Girls School and the Maranyundo Training and Learning Center (MTLC). In an intimate setting, the conversation underscored the transformative power of education and the importance of ensuring opportunities for girls from economically vulnerable backgrounds.
As Kailey noted during the evening, “It was so amazing seeing women supporting women.”
We are grateful to Annie and Kailey for their leadership and to all those who joined for an evening of connection and commitment. Together, we are building a global community where women stand with girls, ensuring futures filled with opportunity.
