Umuryango Event: Celebrating Maranyundo's Community

Dear Maranyundo Community,

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you who joined us for the 'Umuryango' Event - an evening brimming with celebration, inspiration, and a shared commitment to make a positive impact. Here's a glimpse into the highlights of this joyous occasion:

A Night of Inspiration:

Our gathering was enriched by the presence of three remarkable MGS alumnae: Kellia Karambizi, Merci Mukasafari, and Kelly Reinemere. They graciously shared their experiences at MGS, detailing how it played a pivotal role in shaping their education and careers. Their stories resonated with the spirit of growth and empowerment that defines the Maranyundo community.

Exciting Developments:

Dr. Kathy Kantengwa, an esteemed member of our Board, delighted us with updates on the Maranyundo Learning and Training Center (MLTC). MLTC aims to provide professional development for teachers across Rwanda, with groundbreaking already underway. We anticipate its doors opening in January 2025, marking a significant milestone in our mission to elevate education standards.

Tribute to Sister Ann Fox:

Mary Nee, Maranyundo's first Treasurer, delivered a heartfelt tribute to Sister Ann Fox for her instrumental role in building and nurturing our inspiring Maranyundo community. It was a poignant moment, acknowledging the dedicated efforts that have shaped the foundation of our collective journey.
